THE LEADING CEMENT PRODUCER IN THE URAL FEDERAL DISTRICT HAS MERGED ITS ASSETS UNDER THE BRAND SLK CEMENT
SLK Cement completed its reorganization process in early July 2020. The last significant stage was the legal accession of LLC "Dyckerhoff Korkino Cement" (Pervomaysky settlement, Korkino, Chelyabinsk region) to LLC"SLK Cement". After the reorganization, the cement production plant in the Chelyabinsk region officially acquired the status of a branch “Korkino”, a unified company of Federal significance.
The next stage of the company's strategic development is associated with the growing scale of the Russian division of the international Corporation Buzzi Unicem, which includes SLK Cement, investments and ambitious plans for the future. As part of the reorganization and subsequent rebranding of LLC "Dyckerhoff Korkino Cement", serious work was carried out by all the company's services: from legal activities to IT. LLC "SLK Cement" became a legal successor of LLC "Dyckerhoff Korkino Cement" in all its rights and obligations. All employees were transferred to a new legal entity without losing their work experience.

The company's reorganization was officially announced in September 2019. In December, LLC “SLK Cement“ was created, which became the legal successor of JSC Sukholozhskcement (Sukhoy Log, Sverdlovsk region), at the same time, the company's new website and the slogan "Reliable future" were presented. Today SLK Cement includes branches of Sukholozhskcement, Korkino and Omsk, as well as the transport company Cemtrans. The main markets for one of the leading cement producers in Russia are the Ural Federal District and Omsk region.
