SLK CEMENT COMPANY HAS PRODUCED NEW CEMENT GRADES FOR AIRFIELD PAVEMENTS AND THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY

SLK Cement company has modified its product line of grouting and common cements. Modernized cement with mineral additives with the trade name Dylog-50 and special-purpose Portland cement for airfield pavements have received certificates of compliance with GOST requirements and are ready for shipment to customers.

The company mastered the production of two new latest releases in 2021. Dylog-50 modernized grouting cement has already been presented at specialized exhibitions to representatives of oil and gas and service companies, research and design institutes, manufacturers of products for the oil and gas industry.
"A new composition of grouting Portland cement Dylog-50 (PCT II-50 GOST 1581-2019) under the trade name Dylog-50 was developed after researches and a number of industrial outputs", said Dmitry GLIKIN, the head of the research group of STC SLK Cement. "Dylog-50 has a number of features in comparison with the currently manufactured cement: increased bending strength, almost zero water separation achieved by changing the physical characteristics of cement; the possibility of application with different water-cement ratios with an increase in the yield coefficient".
Cement samples have already been requested for laboratory testing by several companies interested in increased strength and low water separation.
The second novelty of SLK Cement, Portland cement CEM I 42,5N AP, is designed for the production of airfield pavements and allows to obtain concretes with high frost resistance, water resistance, with increased resistance to aggressive environments due to the low content of alkalis and tricalcium aluminate. These qualities ensure a long service life of the facilities.
"Product improvement has always been one of the priorities of SLK Cement. New grades are developed by the specialists of the Scientific and Technical Center of the company in continuous interaction with production and customer technical support. The needs of the market, the wishes of customers and their feedback on working with the company's products are taken into account", emphasized Pavel USTYUGOV, the head of the technical support group.
